Not impressed at all. The animals are hard to spot, a few cages didn't have animals in there. We were looking at animals and happened to be near a group when we wanted a photo with the koala and was told we would have to wait for public tour. This place was not busy and after paying $58 for 2 adults, you would have thought that a photo was no issue at all. We were happy to take photo ourselves and didn't expect any help, probably would have taken 15 seconds.

Up close and personal with many of the animals. Great information on the animals given by wonderful guides in small groups. Definitely will come again

Amazing place! There are free tours around the sanctuary. The animals are very friendly and playful. You can feed kangaroos, pat a koala and see Tasmanian devil feeding. It is a really nice place with awesome cause!

On the tour we got inside enclosures and hand fed many --- a very unique experience... well worth the added cost.

This place is amazing. It's fairly small and easy to get around. The animals are gorgeous and I was lucky enough to see them out and about in their enclosures. The stories of individual animals is really great. Being able to feed the kangaroos was cute as well. I highly recommend to everyone.

We took the private evening tour. Exceptional!!! Our guide Robin was the best. The work they do is exceptional in helping injured animals.
